Summary[edit] DescriptionAPI English: Live 4-D Confocal Microscopy of EBP50-GFP Recruitment to Latex Bead Phagosomes RAW 264.7 cells were transfected with EBP50-GFP (green) and infected with latex beads (red). Frames were taken 80 s apart for a total of 40 min. The video is played at three frames per second. Each frame is a z section of three optical slices collapsed to show an x-y projection of 3.6-μm thickness of the cell.
