Description:
Description: September 24th, 2021 9:00AM High of 80 degrees Fahrenheit 68 degrees Fahrenheit at capture As the nighttime temperatures began to drop into the 40's and daytime temperatures dropped significantly as well, the dolomite glades were much more active in response. A storm front had moved through several days before, also supplying adequate moisture. This large glass lizard was observed sunning early in the morning in a clump of grass next to a boulder on a southwest facing glade. It bit upon capture but never dropped its tail.
