Dipodomys ordii (Ord's Kangaroo Rat) is a species of rodents in the family Heteromyidae. They are listed as endangered by COSEWIC. They are native to United States and The Nearctic. They are solitary, nocturnal omnivores. Individuals are known to live for 117.6 months and can grow to 113.92 mm. Reproduction is viviparous and dioecious. They rely on saltation to move around.
