Dennis Polack commented on "Image of Amphiprion akindynos":

@Dana Campbell: Hi Dana, I checked with Rick Winterbottom who took the photo. He referred me to Erling Holm who did the ID. Erling sent the picture to Gerry Allen (the damsel expert) who responded as follows: "Hi Erling, Specimen photos of tiny juvs can be difficult to ID as a number of Amphiprion are similar in the early stages. But I'm almost certain this is the young of akindynos. Best wishes, Gerry" They are probably correct as the specimen was very small. See size listed. Regards Dennis Polack

Dennis Polack commented on an older version of Size:

@C. Michael Hogan: Hi Michael, I am the creator and owner of FishWisePro (FWP). I am a hobbyist with no academic qualifications and definitely not an expert in fishes. I collect and manipulate data from the most reliable sources that I can find. I work closely with Bill Eschmeyer for about 20 years and feel that the Name Combinations and status are pretty accurate. Other information I scrounge from all over the place. I am keen to get any feedback regarding errors, additional information, suggestions and wishes. I have over the months received several updates from you on content supplied by FWP. I have followed up many of them but didn't know what to do with your feedback. . For eg. the comment "Size" >> I Click on size and get: 1). Maximum size 4000mm TL 2). Michael Hogan marked "Size" as hidden on the "Huso dauricus" page. 3). Michael Hogan comment on "Size" Unsourced and in conflict with other sourced information on E.O.L . If you could in the future add a comment such as "Suggest 5600mm SL" this would help me tremendously. Thank you for going to the trouble of acting as a curator, Best Wishes Dennis Polack
