    I had a video and an image posted as a florentinum because I observed the mating habits described by the Flickr poster from Spain. I have been since told that my species is probably Anthidium manicatum, a wool carder bee, because of its relationship to the lamb's ear plant (Stachys byzantina) which provides fibers for the bee's nest building. Apparently the florentinum is not present East of the Rockies in North America.
