Wow, look at this place! Logging links to good sources is a great idea; I'll bet there are more besides wikipedia, too. Maybe we could put a note about this in the Description? That way other people could pitch in if Tanya doesn't want to do the whole alphabet herself :)

@Cyndy Parr: Sorry about that, it didn't even occur to me to give a link!

Tanya Higgins commented on "Homonyms on EOL":
@Leo Shapiro: Cyndy's right - I am working off a list, seemed like the best way to dig them out: (http://species.wikimedia.org/wiki/List_of_valid_homonyms) The additions that are singletons are homonyms in which only one genus seems to be represented with a page on EOL, but the represented genus has information that belongs to the unrepresented genus. Does that make sense?

@Leo Shapiro: I bet Tanya is working from a list and it would be great to include a link to it.

@Tanya Higgins: Hi Tanya, 1) Looks like you're taking some very systematic approach to searching for homonyms involving the alphabet--I'm curious what you're doing. 2) Some of your additions are singletons. It's important to add the other pages with the same name on them--am I missing something? Perhaps you are just adding second or third pages for names where others have added one but not all the relevant names?

@Tanya Higgins: Yes, this collection is for all homonyms, even those that don't cause any trouble at the moment. There's a good chance that they will some time down the line.

Just so I'm clear, should all identified homonyms be added to the collection? I've noticed a couple homonyms with blank pages. (Acanthocarpus the crab vs. the plant, for example)
