@Katja Schulz: OK, I can see that the Paleontology Database and NCBI Taxonomy are using a very different hierarchy system and branching both modern reptiles and birds off from Saurospida. I work almost exclusively with the more traditional taxonomies, paleontology is a sore weak spot of mine. Thanks for checking up on it and getting back to me though! I'll keep working on getting used to it. ;)
