Biology

Inhabits rocky shores of coastal waters (Ref. 5298). Feeds on bottom invertebrates, especially gammarids; also feeds on algae (Ref. 5981). Oviparous (Ref. 205). Eggs are demersal and adhesive (Ref. 205).
