Range Description

The geographic distribution of Ochotona erythrotis encompasses the Chinese provinces of Qinghai, Gansu, Sichuan (Smith and Xie 2008), and Yunnan. O. erythrotis is endemic to China (Smith and Xie 2008). This species is generally located at elevations ranging between 2,000-4,000 m (Zheng 1989).
