Morphology

External anatomy: Extremely fragile species with an orange-brown background, sometimes deep pink, more intense towards the margin. There are some yellow blotches evenly distributed over the entire dorsal surface and numerous short longitudinal and traverse white stripes. Black marginal band with white stripes arranged parallel to the margin. The ventral side is light orange-brown with a black marginal band. The pseudotentacles are pointed and ear-like. Small cerebral cluster of about 60 eyespost, and long and narrow pharynx with simple folds.
Internal anatomy: The male complex consists of two male gonopores, each one leading to an independent male system. Each system consist of unbranched vas deferens, a large and rounded seminal vesicle connected to an extremely short and not coiled ejaculatory duct, small and oval prostatic vesicle and a short stylet housed in a shallow antrum. There is single female system with a shallow antrum and a short vagina surrounded by the cement glands.
