Artemisia tridentata (Big Sagebrush) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, North America, and Western North America. They have simple, broad leaves, yellow flowers, and achenes. Flowers are visited by Tabanus punctifer and Okanagana. Individuals can grow to 1.7 m.
