Eriocraniidae adult  The Eriocraniidae comprise a small, relatively homogeneous (both morphologically and biologically) family of small, primarily diurnal moths restricted to the Holarctic Region. Currently 7 genera and approximately 26 species are recognized although the status of a few genera are questionable.
