Range Description

The Indonesian species has been recorded from Kayu Tanam (Padang Pariaman District) and from Mt Talakmau (Ophir District), both in West Sumatra, where it is known from a single specimen at each site. Kayu Tanam lies at around 300 m elevation, while Mt Talakman is 1,000 m asl. The species is also present in Kutai, in Borneo (Brongersma and Helle 1951, Das et al. 2008).
