Range Description

This species is known from only three localities, Matang and Pangkalan Ampat, in extreme western Sarawak, Malaysia (Das 2010) and one in Kayan Mantarang in east Kalimantan, Indonesia. It is very likely that this species occurs in the intervening area where appropriate habitat. The type locality was recorded in Singapore, but it is almost certainly an error (Stuebing 1991). It occurs at elevations around 500 m.
