Range Description

This species is endemic to Sri Lanka and occurs in the southwest wetzone of the country (Bartelt et al. 2005), although it has also been recorded from locations in the intermediate zone. The area in which this species is distributed is approximately 17,373 km². This species has an elevation range between 30 and 1,500 m above sea level.
