Range Description

The species' range extends from northwestern and central Arizona (Lowe et al. 1986; Cobb, 2004) and extreme southwestern New Mexico in the United States (Degenhardt et al. 1996), south through Sonora and western Chihuahua to southern Sinaloa, Mexico, from sea level to 1,900 m asl (Degenhardt et al. 1996, Ernst and Ernst 2003, Stebbins 2003).
