Range Description

This species is endemic to Mexico, where it is distributed in the southern Sierra Madre Oriental from Puebla to central Veracruz, and in the Sierra Madre del Sur in southern Oaxaca and southern Guerrero. It has an altitudinal range of 1,500 to 2,200 m asl.
