Crows are often noisy and bold. That is why they tend to have a bad name. However, they are very social birds. Crows often form partners for life, which you can readily pick out in large groups. Pairs usually walk side by side and keep a close watch on one another. In addition, crows have an extensive vocabulary and often score high on intelligency tests. According to some scientists, they are smarter than apes.
