Diagnosis (1) Snout-vent length in male 12.6-13.9 and 14.6-15.3 mm in female; (2) body bufoniform; (3) skin on top of the head and central part of the back body smooth and without dermal co-ossification; (4) general color orange, lateral surfaces with small dark brown spots, and belly with brownish coalescent spots and small dots.
