Range Description

The Southern Chimaera (Chimaera fulva) is found in temperate Australian waters from Broken Bay, New South Wales (3333'S, 15209'E), to Shoal Point, Western Australia (2800'S, 11241'E), including waters surrounding southern Tasmania (Last and Stevens 2009).
