Range Description

This species is endemic to Oaxaca, Mexico. Plants occur in the valley of the Rio Santa Domingo, near the villages of San Bartolome Ayautla and San Pedro Teutila. The type locality is on one side of the Rio Santo Domingo and there are reports of a population on the other side of the river.
