Range Description

J. subnodulosus has a mainly European distribution, extending beyond the region only into North Africa and the Middle East. In Europe, it occurs from the Iberian Peninsula north to Scandinavia and east to the Ukraine and Turkey. It has apparently been introduced to New Zealand(The Board of Trustees of the Royal Botanic Garden, Kew 2013).
