Haliotis unilateralis is a species of snails in the family abalones. They are native to Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone, Mascarene Islands, Madagascan Exclusive Economic Zone, Tanzania, Kenyan Exclusive Economic Zone, and Natal. They are herbivores. Individuals can grow to 38 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
