The correct name for this species is Hohenbuehelia petaloides (Bull.) Schulzer (see http://www.speciesfungorum.org/Names/NamesRecord.asp?RecordID=119416). For some reason, CoL serves the wrong name to us. Maybe they got the error from a previous version of Index Fungorum and have not yet updated.
