Range Description

This species is endemic to Lagunillas, Merida state, Venezuela (Figueredo et al. 2010, Hokche et al. 2008). It is known from one locality in Lagunillas in an intra-Andean xeric patch. It occurs from 600-1200 m (Hokche et al. 2008). The extent of occurrence, which is equal to the area of the distribution of the Lagunillas' xeric patch, is 262 km2 (Soriano and Ruiz 2002).
