Ficus carica (Fig) is a species of tree in the family Moraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to North America. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Mediterranean fruit fly, Leucocelis rubra, (page not found), and Two-tailed Pasha. Individuals can grow to 6.6 m.
