Global Range: This species is found in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and California (Kartesz 1999, Consortium of California Herbaria 2008). In Utah it has been documented in Kane, San Juan, and Washington counties (Welsh et al. 1993). In Arizona it is known from Coconino County, north and west of Navajo Bridge, at the Grand Canyon, and in Havasu Canyon (Kearney et al. 1951). In California, it is known from one site in San Bernardino County very close to the Nevada state line (Consortium of California Herbaria 2008).
