Global Range: Ranging from southeastern North Carolina south to southern Florida (Weakley, 1996). Frequent and nearly throughout central Florida (Wunderlin, 1982). In the panhandle of Florida, from Bay County to Jefferson County (Clewell, 1985). In five southern counties of Georgia (Jones & Coile 1988). Beaufort County, South Carolina (Radford 1968).
