Range Description

Mentha suaveolens ssp. timija is a strict endemic of Morocco. It is rare and found in only four localities: Guelmim, Ouad Tata in the Anti Atlas, Ourika in the Haut Atlas and to the east of Agadir. The extent of occurrence is 18,000 km.
