Sorocea bonplandii is a species of tree in the family Moraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Cerrado, The Neotropics, Espirito Santo, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Rio De Janeiro, Rio Grande Do Sul, GoiáS, Santa Catarina, Mata Atlântica, SãO Paulo, Pantanal, Distrito Federal, Paraná, Minas Gerais, and Mato Grosso. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 3.5 m.
