Fouquieria formosa

Fouquieria formosa is a species of Fouquieria, native to central and southern Mexico.[1]


Fouquieria formosa is a large shrub or small tree growing to 10 m in height and has spines and red-orange flowers. The flowers are pollinated by hummingbirds.[2][3]
