Fumaria densiflora is a glaucous, mostly, robust annual herb that reaches up to 10-25 cm long with spreading or erect stems. Leaves are 2-6 cm, 3- to 4 pinnatisect; with linear canaliculate lobes. Flowers are with pink and blackish-red tipped petals. The fruit is a nutlet which is globose, keeled, with rounded apex and becoming rugose at maturity.
