Range Description
Trichophorum subcapitatum occurrs in Sri Lanka, Indo-China, southern China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. In India, it is recorded from Tamil Nadu (Palni Hills and Nilgiri) with an altitude of 600-2300 m.
