Range Description

Cephalocereus columna-trajani is endemic to the Tehuacn-Cuicatln-Zapotitln Valley system and adjacent areas. It is the most emblematic species of the Tehuacn-Cuicatln Biosphere Reserve. It occurs at elevations of 600-1,800 m.
