This is correctly identified as T. lucerna. Some consider the species to belong to the genus Trigla, others have it in Chelidonichthys as Chelidonichthys lucerna. EOL follows the classification putting it as Chelidonichthys, thus in any case this photo should be linked to C. lucerna.

While the dorsal fin is partly gone, this could be a misidentification since Eutrigla gurnardus should have a dark blotch on the first dorsal fin
