This species is endemic to Europe and is native to Germany, Italy, Austria, Slovenia. There are around 50 occurrences recorded in those countries all of them quite small but some of those recordings are museum data from several decades ago. But there is no information on the actual number of sites. Taking into account that there might be more sites not found yet, it is still safe to say that the species has an area of occupancy of less than 2,000 km2.Trusted
