Amoeboid organism with thin thread-like (filose) non-granular non-anastomosing pseudopodia, body shape flattened or spherical (ish). Small (usually less than 20 microns long) amoebae, with fine pseudopodia emerging from the leading edge, wrinkled pseudopodia being withdrawn at the trailing side.
