Cistus salviifolius (Salvia Cistus) is a species of shrub in the family Cistaceae. They are native to mediterranean basin. They have dry fruit. Flowers are visited by Camponotus lateralis, Bruchidius holosericeus, Oplisa aterrima, and Colletes acutus. Individuals can grow to 1 m.
