Range Description

This species of cone snail is endemic to the west coast of India (Röckel et al. 1995) possibly along a coastline of approx 1,400 km, although it has only been reported in the literature from Chennai (Madras) and Mumbai (Bombay) (Poppe pers. comm. 2011). The true extent of its range is unknown.
