I have found many references to Phataria unifascialis as "Blue Sea Star". I have a picture of one taking in the Galapagos Islands. However, the pictures here are all of a red sea star. For instance: http://zipcodezoo.com/Animals/P/Phataria_unifascialis/ http://checklists.datazone.darwinfoundation.org/marine-invertebrates/echinodermata/phataria-unifascialis-gray-1840/ http://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/195833-Phataria-unifascialis
