Giraffa

Giraffa is a genus of mammals in the Giraffidae family. The genus consists of seven species including the giraffe, Giraffa camelopardalis, the only extant species.

Species

There are seven species in the genus Giraffa.[1][2]

G. attica, also extinct, was formerly considered part of Giraffa but was reclassified as Bohlinia attica in 1929.[3]
