Giraffa
Giraffa is a genus of mammals in the Giraffidae family. The genus consists of seven species including the giraffe, Giraffa camelopardalis, the only extant species.

There are seven species in the genus Giraffa.[1][2]

- †Giraffa stillei (extinct)
- †Giraffa jumae (extinct)
- †Giraffa priscilla (extinct)
- †Giraffa punjabiensis (extinct)
- †Giraffa pygmaea (extinct)
- †Giraffa sivalensis (extinct)
G. attica, also extinct, was formerly considered part of Giraffa but was reclassified as Bohlinia attica in 1929.[3]
