Only-Ophidians commented on an older version of "Communication and Perception":
My observations based on captive born(CB) anacondas contegumental morphologies of the upper and lower labials.Clearly shows that; the species in the genus(Eunectes),doesn't possess "Heat-sensing pits" in aid for locating prey,and/or would be adversaries. Besides these species are strongly aquatic, and what good would possessing heat-sensing pits submerged underwater..
