Range Description

The species currently comprises of two subspecies, one is known from the Yamuna River (Delhi) through to the Terai and Duar regions of Uttar Pradesh, Bihar to Assam, as well as southern Nepal (Jayachandran 2001). The other subspecies is known from Pakistan, although it is poorly known and recorded.
