Diagnosis A rather slender form with the tentacular opening closer to the eye than to the nostril; snout narrowed, projecting strongly. Splenial teeth present. A small anal disc present. Primary annuli, 127-174; eye visible or invisible, in a socket that is continuous with the open tentacular groove. Annuli for the most part incomplete. An unsegmented terminal "shield."
