@MaxEnt: We're picking up only the image description and information from the author entry. Since most Wikimedia Commons do not have an entry for permission, this field has so far not been on our radar screen. I will file a request that this field be harvested in the future and displayed as a rights statement. For now, I have added the required information to the description, so we can pick it up with next week's harvest.

I assisted user wgors obtain permission to use this image when first uploaded to Wikipedia. The conditions of use are noted in the copyright data there. In use here, the photographer should be attributed to Laszlo Szabo-Szeley of Avestours. This condition is noted in the Wikipedia image license page as originally uploaded. NOTE: After typing this I discovered that I had to create a user account which I was hoping to avoid as I have no other reason to contribute here. I guess no good deed goes unpunished.
