Range Description

This species is restricted to the humid zone of eastern Madagascar and has been recorded from around Maroantsetra in the north to Tolagnaro (Fort Dauphin) in the south (Goodman et al. 2006). It is known from a wide elevational range, from as low as 30 m (Goodman et al. 2006) to at least 900 m (Randrianandriananina et al. 2006).
