Brief Summary

Natterer's bats fly slowly but can maneuver very well. They easily pluck flies and caterpillars from walls and leaves. They can even pick a spider out of its web without touching the web. Natterer's bats are found particularly in wooded areas with small brooks, wood ponds and old lanes. They are found in Zeeland, along the coast and the rest of the Netherlands, but not on the Wadden Islands.
