Genus Pristina (Naididae:Pristininae), like P. leidyi or P. longiseta. Video shows posterior end first, with ciliary-driven rectal incurrent (likely for gas exchange), and then moves anteriorly, showing the genus' characteristic stomachal dilation and the anterior prostomium elongated into a trunk-like proboscis.
