A member of the prosoblepon group with the following combination of characters: 1) vomerine dentition present, 2) bones greenish blue in life, 3) dorsal color in life is green with cream spots, 4) snout broadly rounded when viewed dorsally as well as laterally, 5) dorsal skin finely granular, 6) ulnar and tarsal folds absent, 7) humeral spine is large, triangular and curved posteriorly Adults attain a small size; males reach 20.6-22.3mm SVL. Head as wide as body and is 35.9-36.8% SVL; distance from nostril to anterior portion of eye is 55.2-60.4% diameter of eye; length of tibia is 60.3-60.7% SVL.
